News Update| 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙗𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙘. 𝙝e𝙡𝙙 the 2𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙊𝙡𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨' 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

Last August 25, 2023, Christ the King College of Calbayog City Inc. conducted the Student Orientation for Freshmen, Transferee, and old students of BS Accountancy, BS Administration, Computing and Information Studies, and Institute of Teacher Education for the second day at the Assumption Gymnatorium.

The event started at 7:30 AM with the listing of the participating students followed by the different speeches given by the faculty and staff showcasing the different services offered and the rules and policies of the school. The event was cut shorty at 12:00 noon for lunchbreak and was continued at 1:30 PM.

Students were able to visit the different booths installed by multiple student organizations including the Institute of Teachers Education (ITE) booth headed by Guild of English Majors Society (GEMS), Future Mentor's Society (FUMENSOC), Historicon, and Samahan ng Malalayang Mag-aaral sa Filipino (SAMMAF). Different programs offered and the accomplishments of each organization were highlighted .

Other organizations with their booths are: CKC Junior Philippines Institute of Accountants (JPIA), CKC National Service Training Program (NSTP), Junior Social Workers Association of the Philippines (JSWAP), Psych Society and College of Computer Science.

The day was capped with the Freshmen Walk, touring the Freshmen students within CKC Campus led by student leaders and student volunteers.

24th and 25th day of August 2023, Christ the King College of Calbayog City Inc. held a two-day orientation at the Assumption Gymnatorium

The flow of the program highlights the services offered by the institution. One of which is the Students Affairs and Services (SAS), headed by Dr. Rowena R. Diaz, the Director of SAS . With the effort to introduce the different student-organizations, multiple booths are placed within the venue of the orientation to highlight their implemented activities and accomplishments.

In line with this, the Guild of English majors along with Future Mentor's Society, Historicon, and Samahan ng Malalayang Mag-aaral sa Filipino installed their Institute of Teachers Education (ITE) booth showcasing the different programs offered and the accomplishments of each organizations.

Other organizations with their booths include: CKC Junior Philippines Institute of Accountants (JPIA), CKC National Service Training Program (NSTP), Junior Social Workers Association of the Philippines (JSWAP), Psych Society and College of Computer Science.

Informational and promotional materials were provided for the students to enjoy.

On August 22, 2023, Christ the King College of Calbayog City Inc., opens a new chapter for a new academic year as Christi Regians welcomes 1st Semester of Academic Year 2023-2024

Inline with this, the Guild of English Major Students (GEMS), brings a lot of opportunities as the organization welcome with a classroom orientation, headed by Mr. Rogelio P. Mora, the adviser of BSED-English, and followed by the election of the new set of officers.
