This statement from Bill Owens reverbarates profoundly with Mayor Florante "Anteng" C. Pascual—a leader who exemplifies true leadership and good governance, upholding the welfare of others above himself. He ensures that everything runs as smoothly as it may possibly be, as demonstrated in the recently concluded Congressional District 1 Schools Press Conference, where Lal-lo proudly hosted the event.

Through Mayor Pascual's tireless commitment to excellence, the delegates from various municipalities in the 1st District of Cagayan lauded Lal-lo for exceeding expectations. Participants outside Lal-lo interjected that the event not only met but also surpassed district-level standards, strengthening the municipality's reputation for hosting big events.

A living testament to this claim was Kurt Allen, a student journalist from Baggao National School of Arts and Trades in Baggao, Cagayan, who expressed his appreciation for Lal-lo's impeccable hosting, sharing his positive experiences during his stay in the town.

"Parang hindi ko feel na CSPC pa lang; para na siyang higher level ng competition," Kurt Allen remarked when asked about his experience with Lal-lo's hosting.

Freina Luga, a delegate from Aparri School of Arts and Trades, shared similar sentiments, offering nothing but positive feedback, especially about the warm and welcoming aura of the Lal-loqueños.

"Sobrang saya ng experience ko. 'Yong pag-welcome nila sa amin ay talagang madarama mo," said student journalist Luga, who was exhilarated by Lal-lo's hospitality.

These testimonials from people in nearby municipalities are a living manifestation of the greatness Lal-lo has to offer. This success, undoubtedly, would not have been materialized without a leader who prioritizes his people over himself, proving his genuine service not only to people of Lal-lo, but to everyone who visits.
