When introducing solid foods to a baby around 6 months old, you can start with soft foods that are easy to swallow, like:
Mashed or soft-cooked vegetables and fruits, such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, parsnip, potato, yam, sweet potato, carrot, apple, or pear
Well-cooked and pureed meat, poultry, or beans
Ground, cooked, single-grain cereal or infant cereal with breast milk or formula, Mashed banana or avocado.

We have mango puree today. 😊

Ang pagiging isang INA ay hindi BIRO.

Kapag NANAY kana hindi ka pwde MAPAGOD at hindi pwde MAGPAHINGA. Simula ng araw na iniluwal mo ang anak mo forever na yun , ang pagiging NANAY. Walang PAUSE walang BREAK at higit sa lahat walang REWIND.

Marami tayong sinakripisyo . May mga gusto tayo na isinantabi alang-alang sa mga anak at pamilya. Minsan nakalimutan na natin ang ating mga sarili . Ang pamilya at mga anak na ang naging buhay natin. Naging SELFLESS na tayo.

Pero di natin ipagkaila na may mga panahon na gusto nating KUMAWALA. Gusto natin ng BREAK para takasan ang problima. Gusto mong bumalik sa dati yung dalaga pa at nagagawa ang gustong gawin yung walang ibang iniisip kundi ang sarili natin. Pero gustuhin mo man ay HINDI pwde. Wala kang ibang choice kundi ang magpakatatag at lalaban sa hamon ng buhay.

Ps. Sa lahat ng mga NANAY dyan isang mahigpit na yakap sa inyo👩‍👧‍👧💕. Patuloy lang tayong magpakatatag at wag kalimutang manalig ka LORD dahil hindi nya tayo pababayaan 🙏.
