Customer experience; how to deliver it, and do it well!

01. Focus on the customer, not on the sale. Answer their questions with sincerity and honesty (as much as possible), without painting your business in a negative light (especially when dealing with customer concerns!).

02. Meet the customer halfway. Depending on your business, tailor your policies that benefits both you and the customer. Doing so will let the customer know you’re putting them first and will likely lead to more sales down the line.

03. When problems arise, handle them with care and finesse. Is your customer having none of it? Acknowledge their concern gently and firmly, while keeping to your customer/client policy!

04. Be human! Make them feel they’re talking to a live human being!

Above all else, don't forget to take a break!
