With Finance, in terms of Billing, I am good at monitoring, processing, balancing, and closing account with transparent reports as well as in Documentation, I make sure that every detail is correct and well documented. I know HR or Admin tasks as well, especially on payroll, recruitment, dismissal, and employee benefits. I have mastered some of the tasks in Amazon as well. I always stand as the motivator of the group and prefer to give feedback in a positive way to maintain rapport and boost team members' drive to work and achieve our goals.
