I know HR or Admin tasks as well, especially on payroll, recruitment, dismissal, and employee benefits. I have mastered some of the tasks in Amazon as well. I always stand as the motivator of the group and prefer to give feedback in a positive way to maintain rapport and boost team members' drive to work and achieve our goals.
