You name it and I will bring it to success. When it comes to business, being visionary is one of my keys to success. Forward-thinking helps me identify what bold ideas should we apply for us to be able to come up with the best entrepreneurial approach that results in surprisingly positive and satisfactory results. I have expertise in the following tasks:

I have a good reputation in sales and customer handling as I have my way of getting my CX’s interest and always make sure to provide a great experience with us. With Finance, in terms of Billing, I am good at monitoring, processing, balancing, and closing account with transparent reports as well as in Documentation, I make sure that every detail is correct and well documented. I know HR or Admin tasks as well, especially on payroll, recruitment, dismissal, and employee benefits. I have mastered some of the tasks in Amazon as well. I always stand as the motivator of the group and prefer to give feedback in a positive way to maintain rapport and boost team members' drive to work and achieve our goals. The various tasks I have done in my previous jobs enable me to adjust smoothly to whichever new task I’ll be assigned. I do believe in the saying “Good employees make mistakes” but I strive hard to learn from it and be better. Hiring me and experiencing my work will never be a regret. Let’s build your

Tips on branding tips to land a job DAKAY style.

Now that you have decided what VA job you would want to pursue, let's create your brand and be noticed by your prospective clients. In creating a brand there are a few important things that we should know.

Logo and Color Palette - Your logo is your trademark.

Payment Tools - set up at least the most common payment tools to avoid delay in the payment or salary in the future as some tools take too long to register. It helps if you have your own bank account.

Basic Online tools - Grammarly, Canva, Photoshop, Trello, Cloctify, Calendly, - These are just a few of the common basic online tools that you must familiarize as these will serve as your handy tools in making your brand, and monitoring daily tasks or accomplishments.

Hola!

Today I will be discussing the "REASONS WHY I CHOOSE TO BE A VA".

I mentioned the perks and advantages of being a VA in my previous post. Now, let me share with you my personal reasons why.

One is that being a VA means you get paid more than what our minimum wage here in the Philippines could offer. Better task better payment. More clients more income. The more skills, the more in demand you become for foreign clients. This makes us more financially stable than most of the Filipinos working here in our country.

For me, dealing with a foreign client is easier than dealing with Filipino employers or colleagues. You will get paid for your productivity, and you will only do things under your job description. They are very appreciative, and inspiring and treat you as equal to them. Here in the Philippines, if you don't have any position we often get treated unequally. Some employers will let you do a task that is not in the job description. We have this Filipino mindset of "bayad ko and oras mo kaya gawin mo and pinapagawa ko sayo".

The most important reason for me is because of my son. Now that I am earning more I can provide the things that we need and of course, the things that we want. I own my time during the day, and now I am able to do my daily tasks like preparing my son for school, making sure he's eating healthy foods, doing my house chores, paying the bills or doing the grocery and fulfilling the things that I want for myself as well. All these won't be done if I'm still working as a normal employee.

But I have a reminder for you. Do not overuse yourself!!! Though I am able to do these things, I still make sure that I am getting enough rest for me to be able to do my job and my motherly duties as well. It's a matter of time management or life management.
