Created a meal today from whatever I have in the fridge. Was able to make Shirataki Bagoong Fried Rice topped with leftover grilled liempo, scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts and Pickled Mango from Tropickle Farms!
The Pickled Mangoes perfectly complements this meal. Def added a tangy and slightly sweet flavor. So good!

Firstly, we had an educational and tasty experience with Chef . From flavor pairings and expertise that goes into creating a top-notch pizza using different types of ingredients with . I was thrilled to taste her unique masterpiece pizza from the 2023 World Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. So good! (Had to get the recipe!!π)
Then after lunch, we had a Pizza-Off! I together with my fellow content creators, invited chefs and everyone had a fun and delicious competition. Love how everyone showcased their pizza making skills and creativity.π
Learned so much and so grateful for all the wonderful people and experience I had in this Pizza Innovation Camp. Thank you Real California Milk.πππ

We were familiarized by Ms. Reji Retugal, CMAB country representative about the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) and their purpose to spread the word about their extraordinary dairy products. Remember! Look for the Seal.π
Then we explored different types of with Chef Ivory Yat-Vaksman,
all with their own unique flavors and textures.
Who wouldn't love tasting and spending time surrounded by Real California Milk's delicious cheeses. It was a fantastic opportunity and enjoyed the fun atmosphere.

What's for brunch? gourmet creations together with Chef Francis Tolentino. Highlands Gold is made with Angus Beef and 100% Pure Beef. I am impressed by how each dish was presented and combined with their products.

Easy Clam Chowder recipe with Namkwang Seaweed. The flavors blends well together making it a comforting dish anytime time of the day. The Namkwang Seaweed definitely boost the umami flavor. So rich and crave-worthy! Try it!
Clam Chowder with Namkwang Seaweed
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Onion, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
Mushrooms, diced
1 Potato, peeled & diced
1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
1/2 tsp Parsley, dried
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
2 6.5oz Chopped Clams, reserve the juice
Namkwang Seasoned Laver
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Tarragon, for garnish (optional)
Bacon bits cooked until crisp, for garnish
Bread Bowl (optional)
1. Fry the Bacon until crispy and set aside.
2. In the same pan, melt the butter. SautΓ© the onion until transluscent, add the garlic, mushroom and potato. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add thyme and parsley. Stir until fragrant. Then add the flour and stir until well incorporated.
4. Pour the broth, milk, clam juice, clams and crumbled Namkwang Seaweed. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir constantly.
6. Pour and serve into a bread bowl. Garnish with tarragon and bacon bits. Enjoy!
