Take time to familiarize yourself with the Wave schedule.

Firstly, we decided to add 15 mins to all your cut-off time. We listened to the feedback we’ve been getting:
- 3 years absence of the Trail Race have made many riders feel they are now slower.
- Weather
- Slight changes on the race course compared to 2019 Trail. Many weren’t able to try the 2020 course because of the pandemic.

*Release - this is your designated corral assignment based on your wave category.
*Refer to the NEW CUT-OFF assignment.
*Wave Start - This is your gun start. You should be in your designated corral assignment 10 mins before your wave start/gun start at the latest.

Cut-Off: This is your chosen time (from the registration form) to be at the Top of the Nursery, 27km mark, to be declared as a Finisher. Upon reaching your cut-off time at the Top of the Nursery, there is still a 13km trail until the Finish line. If you don't make it within the cut-off time at the Top of the Nursery, the race bib and bike tag on your handlebars will be removed, and you will be escorted out of the race route. You will not be considered a finisher.

Pro or beginner? We want you to make it to your chosen cut-off time!
