Naa koy mga pangutana usa.

1. Where is the worry coming from? Is it because "mudaghan ang competition?". Therefore mahimong "Saturated samot" ang Va industry?

2. Now that lantaran ge share ang figure sa sweldo, basig gukuron ta sa BIR?

3. Or, tungod kay nag share ang ge feature nga dagko ang sweldo basig daghan na ang mangutang? Hahaha (Sorry I had to add this) HAHA

Let me try to share my own opinion on the questions sa taas.
Mao nani run. Ako nag ask, ako ra pud tubag.

1. Una sa tanan, valid imong fear. Okay rana. Kaso hagbay ra ning daghan. Hagbay rang Saturated. Pero let's all remember nga di pasabot tanan gusto kay fit sa job. So kung confident ka sa imong ika offer, di ta mahadlok. Laban lang!

Kanang kabalo ka lami imong Biko, then dapat unbothered.

Also, di lang baya Filipino atong ka-ilog sa work ha. Daghan pa ubang nationalities nga pwedeng mas hawod pa nato.

Imbes na mahadlok, pwede na ang mindset karon is how to make our services better aron mas dako ang chansa maka land ug client ug maka ask ug better rate.

2. Pwede raman gud mag file ug tax. Pwede ra gyud. Naay option na mag DIY ka. Or magpa help ka sa CPA or Bookkeeper. Let me know if you need help. Naa koy ma endorse na maayo ug barato ra.

Tax afterall is our responsibility. Bisan pag some if not most of it maadto ra sa sigeg ayo - guba - ayo - guba sa mga karsada nga di gyun need ayuhon. Murag mga HUNGHA--- HAHAHAHA

Joke rana ha. Naa napud masuko mga kulang ug tabyog sa ilang Mama atong bata pa.

Happy ko para sa tanang winning sa life. Sigurado ko dili sayon ilang journey. Kulang lang siguro sila sa time maong wala na apil ang struggle sa pag present.

Wala koy issue nila sharing ilang mga sweldo. Maka inspire gani samot.

Kita diri side padayong maningkamot aron maabot sila.
