8 SECRETS TO HELP MOM REGAIN FULL BREASTS
[PART 2]
5. Pay attention to losing weight slowly
Weight and body mass index are closely related to a woman's breast size and firmness. After giving birth, most breastfeeding mothers want to be able to quickly regain the shape of their youth. However, the sudden weight loss of many breastfeeding mothers causes the muscle groups in the bust to not be able to adapt, leading to excess, loose skin and difficulty in improving the breast after giving birth. Therefore, to lose weight after giving birth, it is recommended to combine a healthy diet and regular exercise to lose weight slowly.
6. Exercise
Exercises have not been shown to affect fat or glandular tissue in the breasts, but they can help tone the pectoral muscles. These exercises can help "tighten" the muscles under the chest, one of the effective ways to tighten the breasts after giving birth. Breastfeeding mothers can choose a few simple exercises at home such as push-ups, chest presses or free weight exercises... depending on each person's conditions.
7. Breast massage after weaning
When breastfeeding, a woman's breast through the suckling movement of the baby is stimulated, blood circulation is increased. But when weaning, it means that women also need to support stimulating effects such as massage to ensure blood circulation to help restore tissues and glands in the breast. While massaging breasts, mothers can use olive oil or other vegetable oils to help increase skin elasticity.
8. Use food supplements
Use natural foods such as Breast Lady effervescent tablets to help boost natural hormones. Stimulate the development of the mammary gland thereby increasing the size and firming of the bust. From there, the best effect for the process of getting in shape is achieved.
