Professionals with stronger critical thinking and collaborative skills are developed through online learning. Employers are looking for people with honed abilities in areas like communication, technological know-how, self-motivation, and time management.Personally, social media is a more effective platform than blogs. Millions of people uses social media, whereas only thousands access certain blogs. We also have freedom to post on social media. We do not need to follow guides or spend time with the layouts unlike blogs. Social media also has a higher reach than blogs.As socially cooperative beings, compassion and empathy are vital, and 21st-century skills assist pupils in developing these traits. These abilities also make sure that kids develop moral character and integrity as they become older, enabling them to work productively and cooperatively with others in the future.
