The amount paid upfront of the installers serves as the advanced payment (not the installation fee) subscription and will b
e deducted on the 2nd and 3rd bill. The installation fee is fixed at Php 1,000 charged to bill divided by three or equivalent to 333.33 per month for the first three months. Proof of financial capacity POF may be provided by the subscriber to replace the upfront payment requirements. On your FIRST BILLING, you will be charged for your initial internet usage (from the installation date to cut-off/pro rated charge) plus ONE MONTH SERVIICE FEE so please expect your First Billing to be slightly more than the monthly subscription plan you availed, none the less, please be reminded that this would just be on your first bill, whereas the succeeding bill shall reflect only the monthly subscription plan. You have no existing application from any Globe Store within 10 days that has yet to be installed. Termination charges apply on subscriptions within lock-in period 2 months monthly service fee plus 2,500 for all plans. For Wimax with landline with unlimited calls to Globe and TM, lock-in period is 24 months. For internet with landline plans; free WIFI router and unlimited calls are available to 2mb DSL higher (lock-in period 24 months). DSL 1mb with landline comes only with free WIFI or Unlimited calls to Globe or TM provided (lock-in period is 24 months). Should both of the WIFI and unlimited calls be availed for the 1mb with landline, subscriber will be charged with Php400 for only 3 months on their bill. We encourage paperless billing. Subscriber can check their current bill through (02) 730-1000. Should the subscriber wish to have their billing statement delivered to their billing address, they will be charged Php 25 per bill. If the subscriber fails to settle their bill on the due date provided, an additional amount of Php50 will be added to their bill.
