We all have to learn to let things go. we can't keep holding on to the pain and the suffering forever, we all have to learn to move on one day.
;
When we choose ourselves, we empower ourselves to live our best lives.
It's easy to get caught up in the expectations of others and neglect our own needs, but by choosing ourselves we can prioritize our own well-being and growth.
Remember, self-love and self-care are essential
;
"Be alone until you're valued."
;
"Never too late to do better."
;
Be obsessed with improving yourself.
;
"You did your best but it seemed that destiny didn't favor you today. It's okay. It doesn't mean you did wrong. It's just that someone was destined for that other than you. Yours will come the way it is designed and planned for you."
;
"This year focused on growth in all aspects."
;
You donβt need an audience to celebrate yourself. Youβre allowed to be your biggest cheerleader even when no one is around.
;
Panibagong araw...
Panibagong laban...
Kakayanin... Tuloy lang...
;
"It's okay to feel your feelings. All of them. Even the ones that aren't fun."
;
"If someone shares a problem with you, most of the time he/she just needs somebody who will listen. You don't have to give them advice or you don't have to tell them what to do. Your presence and time are more than enough."
;
"God, I have no idea where you are taking me, but I trust you."
;
"forgiving your old self is needed self-care"
;
"Donβt force love. donβt force bonds. donβt force connections. donβt force convos."
;
'Tis might be a season to be jolly
But 'tis not mandatory!
To all who are going through something this holiday season, IT'S DEFINITELY OKAY!

"πππ’π§ππ π² ππ’π§ππ¨"
Nong ako ay disi-otso
isa sa mga natatandaan ko
habang nasa gitna ng diskurso
nagtanong ang aming maestro.
"Sampung taon magmula ngayon,
anong nakikita nyo sa sarili nyo?"
utak ko'y walang pag-aanu-ano
tila tiyak sa aking gusto.
Malinaw ang bisyon ko
ako'y magiging ganyan, ako'y ganito
ako'y isang magiting na inhinyero
simula't sapul 'yan nama'y pangarap ko
Ilang taon uminog sa araw ang mundo
binilang ko'y umabot nang pito
wala pa man ding sampu nasambit ko
pero hala! nasaan na ako?
Pitong taon lamang, bakit tila pitumpu't pito?
Ay ano ba yan? napakagulo ng isip ko
Inhinyero? yon naman nga ang natapos ko
parang kailan lang napakasaya ko.
Pero bakit iba ang pakiramdam ko?
Yung saya unti-unting naglalaho
parang nong nakaraan lang tiyak ako
pero ba't ngayon nawawala sa huwisyo?
Inhinyero? inasam ko naman talaga 'to.
Ito naman nga ang aking trabaho.
bakit animo'y nawawala ako?
biglang di na ito ang nais ko?
Ano ba talaga? ba't ba ganito?

When someone helps you while they're struggling too, that's not help that's love.
This is precious.
No matter how empty you are today, you can still fill other's bucket in one way or another. Just start filling up yourself first.
Your feelings are valid.
It's okay to feel your feelings. All of them. Even the ones that aren't fun.
Don't be deceived by a smile. There might be real, tough battle happening behind that. Reach out and empathize.

And today, she did. π
This is a wake-up call and a reminder to all of us to be mindful of all our words. Not because others are strong enough to take those words, doesn't mean everyone is.
Words are so powerful . It can either create or destroy. Please choose the earlier.
Be kind. It costs nothing to be one.

Cheslie was a motivational speaker. She had one of the best smiles you could ever see in a person. A warm aura, an inspiring life story, a successful and accomplished woman. But today, she jumped off a high-rise building that cost her life.
This is a reminder that even motivational speakers can be triggered by depression. That even the warmest people could have been hiding something dark deep within. Motivational speakers, inspirational icons need support as well.
Depression knows no gender, race, or social status. If you think you or someone you know need support, dial the National Mental Health Crisis Hotline 1553 (Luzon-wide Landline toll-free), 0966-351-4518/ 0917-899-8727 (Globe/TM), or 0908-639-2672 (Smart/Sun/TNT)

Worth to read.
"We all have
a type of sadness
that's defeaning,
and so heavy
it swallows you whole.
It's type of darkness forms
an eclipse so powerful
it drains you,
yet we find a way
to keep going."

Sometimes, it takes a heartbreak to get to a breakthrough.
Looking forward for more breakthroughs this 2022.

Don't ever say this to someone suffering from anxiety or depression | Tips from Dr. Kilimanguru #stopthestigma #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters
LET'S BREATHE! When I get stressed my head becomes so full of thoughts that nothing actually gets done - too many tabs open and everything is frozen! If weekend stress is hitting today, slow down and breathe. Close your eyes and count slowly to Breathe in for four counts Hold for four counts Breathe out for four counts Hold for four counts Breathe in light, happy thoughts Hold for four counts Breathe out stress and worry Hold for four counts... ... repeat for as long as you need then continue your day with a clearer mind. credits to @laurajaneillustrations https://bit.ly/3oiO3EV #breathwork #midweekmindfulness #breathe #breathingexercises #breathingtechniques #breathingexercisesforanxiety #breathingexercisesforstress #slowdown #letsbreathe #letgoofstress

Do you frequently have common dreams about certain themes, and wonder if the dream symbols mean something? Here are 7 common dream meanings you must know about. Have you ever dreamed about being lost or trapped? How about missed opportunities, or car troubles? Some other common dreams include failing a test, being chased, teeth decay, and falling or sinking. Although there is no scientific evidence to prove that dreams hold special meaning, dreams have been studied to promote better self-awareness and to help us understand what's bothering us in our everyday lives.
Our childhood, how we were brought up, our relationships with our caregivers play a big impact on our love styles. Whether you are the pleaser, the victim or the controller, your upbringing is largely responsible for that. Watch this video to see how your childhood might have affected who you are.
