MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 016-2024

Upon the recommendation of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by Southwest Monsoon, CLASSES in ALL LEVELS, in public schools, as well as WORK in GOVERNMENT OFFICES in the City of Bacoor are hereby SUSPENDED today, Wednesday, 28 August 2024.

However, agencies whose functions involve providing essential public services and are directly involved in disaster/emergency management operations (like BDRRMO, City Engineering Office, CESD, City Health Office, CSWDO, BTMD, BPSU, CICU, GSO, OBO, etc.) shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of classes and work for private companies, offices and schools is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

This circular shall take effect immediately.

Molino Elementary School recognizes and commends the unwavering commitment of the Division Performance Review and Evaluation Validators Team 2, who played a vital role in the validation process for School Year 2023-2024. Led by their esteemed Chairman, Dr. Cesar M. Mojica, SGOD Chief, and including members Dr. Leonora M. Medina, EPSvr in Filipino, Dr. Michael M. Acuña, EPSvr in Kindergarten, and Dr. Raquel I. We are excited to announce that today marks a significant milestone in the Molino Elementary School Special Science Elementary Education Program application process! The Regional Validation team, led by Dr. Ma. Lourdes O. Manimtim, EPSvr in GAD, and Dr. Paul Gence Ocampo, EPSvr in CLMD, along with the SDO Bacoor Monitoring Team, headed by Ma’am Marilyn R. Baroja, EPSvr in Science, Ma’am Kristine Joy C. Tablizo, Division Engineer, and Sir Mike Louie Gonzaga, SGOD – ADA, recently conducted the validation and monitoring for Molino ES's SSE Education Program. This program aims to provide our learners with enhanced learning opportunities, an enriched curriculum, and access to advanced resources that will further nurture their scientific curiosity and academic growth.

Bilang patuloy na pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa ngayong Agosto, sinalubong ng Paaralang Elementarya ng Molino ang panibagong linggo ng pasukan sa pamamagitan ng pagtataas ng bandila, habang nakasuot ng mga kasuotang Filipino ang mga g**o sa iba’t ibang baitang at iba pang kasapi ng paaralan, sa pangunguna ng butihing Punong G**o na si Gng. Leonora M. Pantorgo.

Nakiisa din ang SELG sa adbokasiyang ito sa pamamagitan ng pagsusuot ng mga kasuotang may temang Pinoy.

Ang Paaralang Elementarya ng Molino sa pamumuno ni Gng. Leonora M. Pantorgo, ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2024 na may temang "Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya".

Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang at pagyamanin ang ating pambansang wika bilang isang mahalagang bahagi ng ating kultura at pagkakakilanlan.

📢📢📢 CALL FOR DONATIONS 📢📢📢

Dahil sa paglubog ng M/T Terranova sa Bataan noong July 25, 2024, nagkaroon ng malawakang oil spill na dahan-dahang sumisira sa ating karagatan. Tinataya ng PAGASA na ang nabanggit na oil spill ay makakarating sa Bacoor Bay sa August 6, 2024. Kapag nangyari iyon, hindi lamang masisira ang mga tahungan at talabahan na ikinabubuhay ng ating mga kababayan, ngunit pati na rin ang mangrove trees o bakawan na noong taong 2007 pa lamang ay pinangangalagaan na ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Bacoor. Kapag nasira ang ating mangrove swamp, mawawalan rin ng spawning ground ang mga isda. Mawawala din ang ating “first line of defense” laban sa storm surge o daluyong

Para ito maiwasan, ang DepEd-Bacoor ay makikipagtulungan sa Office of Agricultural Service ng Bacoor sa pagbuo ng improvised oil spill booms na gawa sa mga lumang plastic bottles. Upang maisakatuparan ito, kami ay humihingi ng inyong mga donasyon na luma at gamit nang plastic bottles na kahit may anong kulay o laki.

Maaring dalhin o ipadala ang mga donasyon sa opisina ng DepEd Bacoor, Bacoor Government Center, Bacoor Boulevard, Bacoor City, Cavite. Para sa karagdagang impormasyon, makipagugnayan lamang kay Mr. Arwin M. Ternida sa numerong 09196010193.

Idinaos ang Flag Raising Ceremony sa ganap na ika- 7:00 ng umaga na dinaluhan ng mga mag-aaral, mga g**o mula sa iba't ibang baitang at mga tauhan mula sa Bacoor Philippine National Police, na pinangunahan ni PCMS, Esperidon Matibag, kasama ang kanyang kasamahan na sina PAT, Donnie Rata, PAT, Reo Caraig, at PAT, Mary Ann Lanzaga, upang siguraduhin ligtas at maayos ang pagpasok ng mga mag.aaral.

Pagkatapos ng Flag Raising Ceremony ay nagkaroon ng maikling programa na sinimulan ng pambungad na pananalita mula sa ating butihing punong g**o, Dr. Leonora M. Pantorgo.

2. Magdala ng photocopy birth certificate (PSA/NSO)
3. Report Card ( if available)
4. 2x2 ID picture

📌Maaari rin po kayong makipag- ugnayan sa ating mga ALS Teachers sa pamamagitan ng pagpapadala ng mensahe o pagtawag sa FB, Messenger o sa numero ng kanilang telepono. Makipag-ugnayan din po sa guidance office ng Molino ES kung hindi mkontak ang teacher ng ALS.

Under the inspiring leadership of Dr. Leonora M. Pantorgo and the dynamic initiative of BE Coordinator, Ma'am Cherry R. Varon, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed their time, effort, and resources to make the first day of Brigada Eskwela a remarkable success! Your dedication and hard work are truly inspiring. 💪✨

Nothing can stop the Brigadahan and the Bayanihan spirit of Molino Elementary School. Despite the inclement weather, teachers, parents, students, and community volunteers showed up bright and early. To those who donated materials and supplies—your support means the world to us and plays a crucial role in preparing our school for the upcoming year. Your generosity and spirit of volunteerism have truly made a difference. 🏫❤️

Together, we've cleaned, repaired, and beautified our school, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our students. Call for Books and Supplementary Learning Materials Donations

The Learning Resource Expo is an innovative approach that demonstrates educators' commitment to providing an inclusive and empowering learning environment for all students to showcase their groundbreaking initiatives, products, and services in the fields of public education including Alternative Learning System (ALS) Special Needs Education (SNEd), and Science and Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL).

It aims to collect a rich array of innovative educational learners' and teachers' materials for use in all classrooms like modules, self-learning kits, assessment materials, activity sheets and other nonprint learners' materials in all key stages. It also highlights the importance of inclusive and diverse learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities.

Along with, is the Department of Education’s Catch-Up Fridays - a learning mechanism intended to strengthen the foundational, social, and other relevant skills necessary to actualize the intent of the basic education curriculum. In support, the Learning Resource Expo provides a platform for supplementary reading materials to help every learner read or develop their love for reading.
