Drivesoft is looking for Software Documentation Specialist who helps bridge technical teams and end-users, enhancing product usability and user experience.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Must have a working PC with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Creation: Develop and organize technical documents like user manuals, developer guides, and API docs.
Content Management: Maintain and update documentation repositories.
Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to clarify technical details.
Standardization: Establish and uphold style guides, formatting, and templates.
User Testing: Conduct usability testing for clarity and effectiveness.
Training & Support: Occasionally conduct training sessions on software features.
Required Skills:
Technical Writing: Communicate complex concepts clearly.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with programming, software development, and Agile.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with Confluence, MadCap Flare, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Git.
Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality, accurate documentation.
Analytical Skills: Quickly learn technical systems.
