Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) Bacolod Branch Head Jocelyn Amodia turned over a P500,000 check to Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz as financial assistance for local government units in the province affected by Typhoon Tino.

The assistance will aid relief and recovery efforts in affected communities reflecting LANDBANK’s continued support for communities in times of disaster.*

𝙀𝙏𝘿𝙈𝙃 𝙍𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙗𝙖-𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝙃𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡

The Provincial Government–run Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital (ETDMH) in the Municipality of Hinoba-an has officially been renamed Hinoba-an District Hospital and relocated to a new site in Barangay Po-ok.

The Department of Health – NIR Center for Health Development has issued a License to Operate for the hospital, effective November 17, 2025 and hospital operations will be transferred gradually to the new location.

The Outpatient Department (OPD) and prenatal services will begin operating at the new site on December 23, 2025 while other hospital services are scheduled to be fully operational by January 1, 2026.

Effective January 1, 2026, all hospital operations and transactions will officially be conducted under the name Hinoba-an District Hospital.*

Suspendido ang pasok sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa 29 Disyembre 2025 (Lunes) at 2 Enero 2026 (Biyernes) para mabigyan ng oras ang mga kawani ng gobyerno na magdiwang ng Bagong Taon at makabiyahe nang ligtas.

Mananatiling bukas ang mga ahensiyang nagbibigay ng basic, vital, at health services, habang ang suspensyon ng trabaho sa mga pribadong kumpanya at opisina ay nakadepende sa desisyon ng kanilang pamunuan.
