Recognizing the challenges faced by Camanci Sur Elementary School in maintaining a safe and worry-free classroom environment, our cooperative, with Education as one of its core Seven Flagship Programs, took action to address this issue by providing roofing materials. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to create environments where students can focus on learning without the distractions or hazards posed by inadequate infrastructure.

By supplying these essential materials, Barbaza MPC not only helps secure a physical space conducive to learning but also underscores our broader vision of empowering future generations through education. Dear Co-owners,

In reference to the Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC) Memo Circular No. 3821, a new check standard design was effective on January 2, 2025.

The following guidelines are followed:

ISSUE DATE
Issue date must be purely numeric (MM-DD-YYYY), with dash (-) as the only allowed
partition symbol.

AMOUNT IN FIGURES
The amount in figures must be written within the designated box. Use periods (.) for cents and commas (,) for millions, thousands, and hundreds. Checks with any other symbols before or after the numeric amount are unacceptable.

PAYEE
Special characters may be used before and after the payee's name to prevent tampering or alteration.

AMOUNT IN WORDS
The format of the amount in words is not restricted, but it must match the amount in figures.

SIGNATURE
The signature on a check authorizes payment and confirms the check’s legitimacy. The new check design includes two (2) signature boxes. Both signatories may share one box. Overlapping signatures within the box are still acceptable.

To avoid inconvenience, we encourage you to review your checks before issuance.
