Ang pagtutulungan ng mga Diamond Homeowners Association sa pangunguna ni DHRAI President Neupito Adelantar Gutierrez at mga kawani ng Barangay Balibago sa paglilinis ng Diamond Park ay isang magandang halimbawa ng bayanihan spirit at pagkakaisa sa pamayanan.
Sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng mga miyembro ng homeowners association at lokal na pamahalaan, maaaring madaling maisagawa ang mga proyekto tulad ng paglilinis at pagpapaganda ng mga pampublikong lugar tulad ng Diamond Park. Ang mga aktibidad na ito ay hindi lamang nagbibigay ng malinis at maayos na kapaligiran para sa mga residente, kundi nagpapalakas din ng pakiramdam ng pagmamalasakit at pagmamahalan sa komunidad.
Sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon ng mga proyektong tulad nito, ang mga tao ay nakakabuo ng mas matibay na ugnayan sa isa't isa at nagiging mas aktibo sa pagpapaunlad ng kanilang lugar. Ang ganitong uri ng mga pagkilos ay nagpapakita ng kahalagahan ng pagtutulungan at pagkakaisa sa pag-asam ng isang mas maganda at mas maunlad na pamayanan para sa lahat.
As the barangay chairman of this culturally rich and bustling barangay, it is my desire to bring our barangay closer not only to the constituents, but also to the world by offering relevant information, and providing a glimpse of the scenic splendor of our barangay to your fingertips.
Guided by our vision, it is my dream that one day, Barangay Balibago will be known as one of the “most peaceful, progressive & livable” barangay in Luzon. This, however, can only be achieved by putting in place a form of governance that is premised on transparency, responsiveness, and accountability.
As we remain true to our agenda to uplift the quality of life of the constituents? or by ensuring a responsive client-centric public service delivery system; improving the delivery of basic social services; implementing more infrastructure projects; and boosting the economic potential of the town, may the Lord Almighty enable us and empower us to live out our vision of victory Barangay Balibago!

It's no secret that Filipinos love music and dancing! So it's no surprise that a common form of community exercise at our barangay is Zumba.
Kap PG Ponce urged officials, constituents and employees in Barangay Balibago to conduct zumba as means to promote health awareness.
Kap PG Ponce said that there is a need to focus more on improving health and boosting the immune system through regular exercise amid the Climate Change Impacts on Human Health.
