I have always loved plants. But when I was younger, I was always the consumer, never the producer. Vegetables, I have always loved growing.

Over the years and since finally staying in the province, I have found joy in gardening. Just recently, i have found myself addicted to plants, vegetables and ornamentals. They were my definition of plants - for physical nourishment. I have only very recently understood the value of ornamentals - they are for emotional nourishment. So this is my facebook (account) blog of my not-so-secret life as a gardener.

Of the few aroids I have, this one's the slowest growing. Since I got it in November 2022, it has only given me three new leaves. It has no aerial roots either. Makes me understand why its price remains quite steep while most plants cost lower now.

Sharing a very quick and easy way to marcot. This is a trick I learned long ago from a hibiscus enthusiast. Did it on most of my hibiscus and it's what I am doing with my RTs. It's worth a try.
