On the Increment of Power Bill in the Province:
Governor Espina requested the Sangguniang Panlalawigan through Vice Governor Brigido "Kokoy" Caneja to conduct an inquiry on the increase in the cost of electricity by Bileco in the Province.

He added that there is a need for an urgent review of the Purchase Power Agreement entered into by Bileco to the Power supplier in order to consider alternative ways to prevent further increase in power cost and to even lower the present cost of electricity.

Accordingly, this is counterproductive to their plan for a vibrant economy and for the protection of all electric consumers in the province.
