Advance Merry Christmas everyone From ACI ROTC Unit

Christmas is a time of giving, love and unity. It is celebrated to remember the birth of Jesus. Christmas reminds us that everyone, despite problems and difficulties, has the right to be happy and feel love. Christmas gives us a little respite from the life we ​​experience, and shows us how blessed we are despite the simplicity of our lives. During this time, we will feel the love from our family, friends and especially God. It is also a time of forgiveness and apologizing to each other. The ACI ROTC Unit in collaboration with the Class officers held a simple Christmas party in which the spirit of Christmas was celebrated. There was a game where you can see the unity of each group, as well as the competition for the best in chanting and intermission number. There was also the exchange of gifts and the giving of a message for each one who joined. You can see the happiness and smiles in the eyes of everyone who participated.

Director of the 401st CDC, 4th RCDG, RESCOM, PA and commandant of this unit delegated his authority to 1LT JOEMAR B MARTIREZ (INF) PA as Asst Commandant of this unit supervise the 12th Training Day of MS-1 SY 2023-, which was assisted by 2LT CRISTETA P LANDICHO PA (RES) as Tactical Officer, together with MSg Federico B Correa PA (Res), Sgt Felix A Fernandez PA (Res) Sgt John Keith Q Daño PA (Res), Sgt Janette Villanueva PA (Res), Sgt Michelle Eve Mira PA (Res), Thirteen (13) First Class and Twenty-Five (25) Second Class and Ninety Three (93) Basic Cadets with the total strength of One Hundred Thirty One (131) under the leadership of C/MAJ CHRISTIAN JAY DAÑO 1CL, Corp's Commander conducted 12th training day and subsequently of Christmas Party of this Unit for S.Y. 2023-2024. During the opening of the training routine process applied first the flag ceremony followed by prayer then proceeded to Welcome Remarks delivered by Our ROTC Class President Cadet Daniela Marien S Eguia 4Cl and Inspirational Message of Our ROTC Coordinator MSg Federico B Correa PA (Res) followed by the Chant and Intermission Number of Every Company also we conduct different games, and that games all participants gained knowledge or lessons to build up the team work and unity which was supervise by our ROTC Class Officer, After completion of all games, the awarding ceremonies given to all winners with appropriate Certificate and rewards and the last part of the activity is Closing Remark delivered by our ROTC CLass Accountancy Representative Cadet Jomari C Encarnacion 4Cl .The activity was successfully done the same day without any untoward incident.

Thank you very much 4RCDG and 401st CDC for providing new philarpat uniforms for those who participated in the previous RSCT/ARAPT 31-32. We hope this will further strengthen their feelings and love for serving and fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as Cadet Officer. I hope this will serve as their inspiration to be more dedicated and improve their service because here they will see the fruits of their hard work. OOA 051700H December 2023, Agoncillo Municipal Fire Station headed by FO3 Joe Benedick Mabilangan together four (4) Fire Personnel conducted Fire Drill and Lecture about Fire Safety Seminar and Drill held at Agoncillo College Campus which was assisted by Nine (9) Advance ROTC Cadet Officers headed by MSg Federico B Correa together with Sgt Felix A Fernandez, Discipline Officer. The activity was done successfully and ended on 1800H on the same day

The process typically begins with a well-thought-out plan, meticulously detailing evacuation routes, assembly points, and the designated roles of individuals during an emergency. These plans are not merely pieces of paper but blueprints for survival, carefully crafted to navigate the chaos that ensues when the alarm rings and smoke starts to billow.

Picture a school setting, a seemingly ordinary day suddenly disrupted by the blaring sound of fire alarms. The initially calm hallways transform into a hive of activity as students and teachers alike swiftly execute the practiced routine. With urgency in their movements, they follow the familiar escape routes, guided by the posted evacuation maps strategically placed throughout the building.

In workplaces, employees seamlessly transition from their daily tasks to a well-rehearsed evacuation dance. Fire wardens take charge, ensuring that every corner of the office is cleared, and coworkers assemble at predetermined muster points. The atmosphere is tense, yet the practiced nature of the drill instills a sense of order amid potential chaos.

Residential buildings echo with the shrill sound of alarms as families rush to exit their homes. Children, drilled to recognize the importance of swift and orderly movement, follow their parents with a mix of curiosity and trepidation. Neighbors become a community in these moments, ensuring that everyone is accounted for and safe.

Legal Basis For ROTC Program, Philippine Military History and AFP Core Values , which was assisted by 2LT CRISTETA P LANDICHO PA (RES) as Tactical Officer, together with MSg Federico B Correa PA (RES), TSg John S Ildefonso (SC) PA, TSg Aaron Joseph Arriola PA (RES), SSg Mabini C Matundan PA (RES), Sgt Felix Fernandez PA (RES), Sgt John Keith Q Daño PA (RES), Sgt Janette P Villanueva PA (RES), Sgt Anna Mae O Panganiban PA (RES), Sgt Michelle P Eve Mira, PFC Mark Joseph M Dimailig (Inf) PA and PFC Jhon Mark P Amestoso (Inf) PA with Sixteen (16) First Class and Thirty One (31) Second Class with total strength which is Fourty Seven (47) Cadet Officers And One Hundred Twenty Seven (127) Basic Cadets with the total strength of One Hundred Seventy Four (174) under the leadership of C/MAJ CHRISTIAN JAY DAÑO 1CL, Corps Commander. The activity was successfully done same day without any untoward incident.

01 October 2023, AIpha Company of 401st RRIBN together with ACI ROTC Unit joined "Simultaneous Tree Planting Activity Nation Wide" which was conducted at Brgy Pook Agoncillo, Batangas, headed by Alpha Coy Commander, 2LT CRISTETA P LANDICHO PA (RES) under the leadership of 401st CDC Director MAJ LORENZO B SIOBAL JR (INF) PA, and under the supervision of Battalion Commander of 401st RRIBN LTC GERARDO M CREAG. The activity was participated by Thirty-two (32) Enlisted Reservist, and Fourteen (14) Cadet Officers from ACI ROTC UNIT, with total number of 46. The said activity was successfully done without any turbulence / disorder.

2. Hair Cut for male and Ponytail with hairnet for Female.
3. Everyone are expected to attend on time to prevent any Distraction and delay on the Training proper. Please be guided accordingly.
