🏉 The Secret to Eternal Youth? Ask Our Rugby Players! 🏉

Hey everyone! Let's talk about a not-so-secret secret in the world of rugby here in Papua New Guinea. Have you ever wondered how some of our rugby stars manage to stay eternally between the ages of 19 and 25, even after years of playing? 🤔

The Mystery of the Forever Young Rugby Players:
- Local Leagues: 3 to 5 years of playing in home leagues, and they're still young!
- Digicel Cup: 4 to 12 years of intense competition, but guess what? Still 19 to 25!
- PNG Hunters: 3 to 4 years of hunting glory, and their age hasn't budged!
- PNG Kumuls: 1 to 5 years of representing our nation, and they're still youthful!
- England and NRL: 1 to 6 years of international play, and they somehow haven't aged a day!

Is it magic? A secret training regimen? Or perhaps a fountain of youth hidden somewhere in the highlands?

A Serious Note:
While it's all in good fun, age manipulation can be a serious issue in sports. It's important for the integrity of the game and the players' well-being that we address it. Let's encourage transparency and fair play, and celebrate the true dedication and passion of our rugby stars.

So, next time you see a player who seems to defy the laws of aging, just remember: it's not about how old you are, but how young you feel at heart! ❤️

They say a fit body, is a fit mind.
I can vouch for this!

Primal Capital Fitness was all about Good Vibes and Results.

I kinda went M.I.A, I shut down. I didn’t die yet😂.

Honestly, I was done with fitness, let alone I never wanted to work out again. Yes, I see smirks when I run into old “friends”, my sexy will come back😂 relax.

Fitness was my life basically. But Mentally I was drained. For years I was fighting Depression. If you know how I grew up, you will know. Having good support makes wonders.

I channeled my depression to help others in the name of Fitness.
If I could make someone happy about themselves, that took my depression away.

Kinder ironic when I majored in Human Resources Management, psychology played a big role in its making as a business course.

Fitness was a pastime for me to help me with school fees, Don Bosco to Uni, it turned into something greater than what I had imagined. A few personal training sessions for movie tickets would turn into something far greater, with every extra client.

So I Took a year break, and started odd jobs, and having graduated the top of my class as a fitter, why don’t I get into the technical world. So been doing that lately.

It’s only recently I decided to try fitness one last round, but differently. Because I have been getting numerous messages to train my former Fitfam and clientele 🫶😂.

So I have been working out again. It’s been rewarding mentally, jogged from 4mile to Ghood today, well walked too, don’t try me😂. And feeling my old self again.
Endorphins are an addiction also 🤫.

Keep fit, exercise and eat healthy…. Does wonders for the body, and also does wonders for you psychologically🫡. And it’s been helping a lot with my new direction and growth.

Got a few things planned for Primal and it will be back in business, the break was really good! A lot of set backs but, set backs only propel you forward.. I’ll post more about it gradually.

I know I’ll get some heat from close friends, but fitness and sharing its good vibes and results is inbuilt me to progress as a person.

I hope these answers what ever happened to me 😂
