PNG Businesses Need to Learn what their Customers Want!!
A Post Courier article, dated March 22nd 2016 (https://postcourier.com.pg/customer-service-vital-for-growth), stated customer service in PNG leaves a lot to be desired and most businesses have not yet come close to perfecting the profession.
The visiting consultant at the time; Richard Coles, said customer services remained a most important ingredient for the success of any business however, a bulk of businesses throughout PNG, have yet to deliver service without receiving any customer complaints.
With that being said, business houses and organizations across PNG need to learn what the customer wants.
At the end of the day, customers are the reasons for the existence of the business, right?
