I’ll never forget the day I almost gave up on my dream. My wife was supporting us as an occupational therapist, and I promised her that when our son was born, she wouldn’t have to work anymore.
By July, with my son due in August, I still wasn’t making $2,700 a month. I felt defeated. Desperate. I even started filling out a Home Depot application, thinking I’d rub elbows with contractors and flippers to make something happen.
