**** So as a lot of you may know the competition has been hijacked with over 300 comments from a page that has duplicated us and is advising folks they have won and directing them to a fake site. I don't need to say this but don't click the link and then fill out the information on there! If you could report the fake page that would be grand! Ill try get rid of as many comments as I can but Facebook doesnt have a fast way of doing this! ****

This is a little project myself and Aaron thought up a few years ago but just never got round to launching. After a chat last week a new youtube channel was born. To start its going to be a weekly thunderstorm outlook and then hopefully grow from there. As they say in the business, please hit the like button and subscribe! :)

Fantastic footage capturing 18 minutes of the dueling waterspouts this morning off Foxton Beach. I've sped most of the footage up to 16x to show the motion of the two waterspouts circling each other, before one wins the battle. Thanks Millie Blair for sharing and well done keeping the camera upright for that long!
