The excitement and pride we have for everyone involved is off the scale. Big congratulations to Glenis Giles and Clare O’Leary on their documentary, “Geoff Dixon: Portraits of Us”. A film following the extraordinary talents of one of New Zealand’s great artists. Wonderful to see this play at the NZIFF over the weekend. This was a project the team at Park Road Post jumped at the opportunity to get behind to Grade, Mix and Master. With incredible music composed by our friends at Plan 9, we hope more get to see this in cinemas soon! Two more sessions in NZIFF – do try to make it if you can. Tonight is the night! 'X' the movie will be screening in cinemas from today across the country – grab your tickets while you still can! Good news keeps on rolling in for the crew behind "The Beatles: Get Back". To see this piece of work recognised on the global stage speaks volumes about the talents, commitment and determination of this team. At the CAS Awards yesterday our sound team picked up "Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing for Television - Non-Fiction, Variety or Music - Series or Specials". And if that wasn't enough, in the same evening at the PGA Awards, Producers that lead the charge on this incredible journey and made it happen picked up “Outstanding Producer of Non-Fiction Television”. What a night!! We're insanely proud and delighted Mike, Lex and Clare could be there to represent! Huge congratulations to everyone involved.

Another thoroughly deserved win, this time for the Sound team behind “The Beatles: Get Back”. Motion Picture Sound Editors have awarded Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing: Non-Theatrical Documentary to this extraordinary group. What was achieved by this team on this project was ground breaking and having their efforts recognised this way confirms what we all think about them here, at Park Road Post – Simply the Best! Congratulations to you all!

Fiona Clark: Unafraid is hitting the big screen at the NZIFF this Thursday! We were honoured to be asked to do Sound and Picture on this documentary. Lockdowns meant we were unable to have the film makers with us in the facility, but it gave us the chance to utilise our infrastructure that allows us to collaborate with clients remotely. Our congratulations to Lula Cucchiara and Matt Noonan - we’re proud to have worked on such a great project with you!
