WHAT A VIEW!! Magic day out gravity riding at Bike Glendhu loved the flow and jumps on Hare Time. Car said 34 degrees Celsius at 3pm when we finished up, phew!

Awesome day out on the bikes from Arrowtown, quick there-and-back on the Bush Creek trail. Then a meander out on the Queenstown Trails Countryside trail for a lap of the beautiful Lake Hayes.

Registration is now open for Waipunga lock-in this Sunday.
You must do a new registration for each Sunday - registration link below.
Suggest using your membership SP number when registering (find SP number on your photo card in the Sporty App / or membership confirmation email).
PLEASE arrange car pooling with your riding buddies to minimise how many cars in the limited car parking area in the forest.
Open to ALL club members - no additional cost.
Strict ‘Lock in conditions’ need be adhered to, which are detailed on the registration link. ABSOLUTELY NO RIDING IN THE PARK AT ANY OTHER TIME.
Waipunga block only.
Pre-registration is required for safety and communication purposes.
Get back on that bike and come check out our new tracks.
Only open to current members, so please make sure you have signed up as a club member for 2023-24 (membership will be validated when collecting your riding passes)
Cancellation will be notified by 6pm Saturday.

Magic day riding in the Waipunga block at Pan Pac Eskdale MTB Park today.

This is the OG block that we lost access to about 5 or 6 years ago as the block was logged.

The Hawkes Bay Mountain Bike Club have been busy rebuilding over the last year or so with some classic tracks reimagined like Barley, Twoman, Bolt & Boulder and a few new tracks like Spud that look set to become classics.

Membership is required and access is by way of organised rides by the club. Check out their page for details.

Super stoked to get out for a big pedal and that my back held up reasonably well too.

Come and take a ride with us on the stunning Mountains to Sea NZ - Mangapurua Track, also known as the Bridge to Nowhere ride.

We take a shuttle from Raetihi to Ruatiti Road to start our ride through the beautiful Whanganui National Park to the famed bridge and all the way down to the Mangapurua landing on the Whanganui River. Then we caught a ride in the Bridge to Nowhere Lodge and Tours jet boat and stayed at their awesome lodge on the river. Highly recommended!

This 36km grade 3 ride has a unique and fascinating history which makes for an awesome ride.

Another one of our most popular rides, the Remutaka Cycle trail - Incline Trail section. Riding between Kaitoke and Cross Creek this one is a great family friendly adventure.

At 18kms long, the Remutaka Incline Trail isn’t a long trail ride. Add great views, a nice wide and well-groomed grade 2 surface and it’s no surprise that it this is such a popular section of the greater Remutaka Cycle Trail. This is one of our favourite rides in the Wellington / Wairarapa regio...

From tomorrow we will have an off-road shared trail spanning the length of our district thanks to the opening of the last piece of the puzzle – the 10km section from Peka Peka to Ōtaki.

We’re calling the completed 35km trail Coast35! 🚲🚶🏼‍♀️🏃🏼🐴

The new section of path takes you over and under new bridges, across streams and rivers, and through a tunnel under the Expressway – complete with beautiful murals. There is an improved railway level crossing at Makahuri, and users can access to Ōtaki Lakes.
