Life’s gonna roll how she rolls. Love, loss, death, death again 🤦‍♀️, dancing & all the magical moments in between. What we do with life, thats on us!

Easier said than done, we know. But as the lil sparks of life ignite (aka welcome the f^*k back mojo), so does U&HG’s 2.0…

More real, more raw, more stories!

A gentle reminder to enjoy the passing of time. Dark to light & light to dark. All of it. Making friends with our shadows helps us reclaim our joy 🤩😊. Easier said than done, we know, but worth the work 💕

Hitting nature when it all hits the fan has always been my go to!

Hell, who am I kidding, it’s my go to period 😉.

But with covid this week, & my Dad still in hospital after 3 wks, Papatūānuku worked her magic again yest. Delivering a king hit of perspective.

And I’m reminded that;

💣 the dust doesn’t always settle in our physical world, that’s life… but we can learn to let it settle in our inner world.

🦄 “how is this happening for me?” Is a pretty powerful question

💣 if we can breathe we can choose! (Even if it’s barely breathing through covid stuffed sinuses😆). And in our choices lie our power of creation

🦄 Resistance is futile 🤪

💣 emotions are energy passing through. Let them. People will show up how they choose. Let them. And all can exist in the one place. With none of it meaning anything about you. Let it ❤️

Mojo, welcome the f*ck back! It’s been a while.

We’ve both been knocked a little sideways by life of late. 💣💣💣

With a couple of deaths & the general f***y cuffs the ‘universe’ likes to throw our way. 🥊

And as we find ourselves settling back into our ‘mojo magic’, a reminder for any of you feeling like you’re at the bottom of a steep climb…

The climbs always worth the view. One freakin hard ass step at a time! 🧗‍♀️

So if your mojo’s currently AWOL, rest easy. You can call off the search.

Because it’s not hiding anywhere ‘out there’. It’s where it’s always been… ‘in here ❤️’.

No one can take it from you, and no one can give it to you!

So hang on for the ride.

Because sometimes life’s a little more donkey 🫏 than 🦄… which is the title of our next episode. Part 2 to our Stop the bus I wanna get off episode.
