A deeply personal post, for a change, about a public issue many of us have experienced. A story told in screenshots.
This is the story of how an entirely unrelated group of individuals minding their own business and doing exactly as they've always done became public enemy #1.
Please spend some time with this post because I feel like it's extremely important to understand how quickly and easily this can happen TO ANYONE.
Sure, this time it was people who chose to not inject their bodies with an experimental drug. It can just as easily happen to people who do/don't eat meat, have certain religious or sexual persuasions or who just stand up against whatever the government deems as the latest thing.
For me, personally, it's been a harrowing couple of years. I've watched as friends and family turned against me, my business was targeted and boycotted, we lost much needed income and almost our business entirely. I was even kept away from my Dad in the rest home. All because I refused to take the experimental jab my life was turned upside-down. An injection that is now accepted as not actually doing much of what they said it did.
I watched as those around me either caved to the pressure, saying they had "places to be", or stayed silent and flew under the radar hoping their vax status wouldn't be discovered. I sat and cried with people who have been injured, and I have collected literally hundreds of stories of those hurt by the jab, many of whom were left hung out to dry and ignored, even though they 'took it for the team'. Turns out the 'team' don't play nice.
All the while the media labeled the unjabbed as hateful granny killers, quite openly so, and much of NZ went along with it. The hate was intense, and very VERY real.
Now each day more and more evidence is coming to light that the jab was harmful to so many people, and they knew it - because we certainly did. Many of you, my friends, told me your own stories. You knew. You saw it happening right before your eyes.
We were right to be cautious of an injection we didn't need. Younger people, in particular, had almost no threat from the virus. There was no need to force it, but they did force it, and hard. Why?
Someone told me yesterday that I'm still in grief over what has happened, and I think they might be right. What's happened has been traumatising, but I refuse to be silent, and in retrospect I wish I had done more.
These images are just screenshots I took over the last year or so. Please notice how the narrative changes in the media as time progresses. There was never a "I'm sorry we were wrong", they just kept changing the story, bit by bit. No fact checker ever pulled them up, from what I've noticed, even when what they claimed was clearly false.
Interesting.
I'm not claiming I've been right about everything, but I sure as heck have been more right than the media/govt.
