How to avoid these 3 mistakes...⬇️
1. Don't try to cram a week's worth of mahi into One Day. Be realistic about your workload and set reasonable expectations on yourself, your clients and team. Trying to do too much at once can lead to burnout real quick.
2. Prioritize based on urgency or break big tasks into smaller manageable steps to tackle the most critical work. This will help you stay focused and make progress o. Your work without being overwhelmed about how big the project is.
3. Take breaks away from the screens, out of the office and off your phone, regularly throughout the day, before you end up being a hot mess! And NO eating lunch in front of the computer is not acceptable. You need to recharge so find a way to do that to maintain your energy and focus. Your mental mental and productivity will thank you.

I do this every Sunday night.
I focus on prioritizing my mahi
⚡ Figure out which mahi needs to be completed asap
⚡which can be done quickly
⚡ and mahi that can be done later/non-urgent.
I like getting the faster tasks done first, to clear most of the to-do list, allowing time and energy to be spent on tasks with deadlines and those that require prep and planning.

I've really had to remind myself about this again lately, as I've felt burnt out, busy and struggling to juggle mahi and life.

I knew something needed to change...and that's when I changed it.
I changed the narrative in my head from "I'm drowning", to...
