Diplomatic Circle - A new "column" in The Upper Hutt Connection.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to thank a new contributor Soren Neupane for asking if he could have his articles published on The Upper Hutt Connection. These will likely be an international community focused articles, the first one put up today being about the flag-hoisting ceremony at the India High Commission in Wellington celebrating India's 76th Anniversary of being a republic.

The Upper Hutt Connection is generally focused on Upper Hutt news and events but I do welcome these articles to add in some variety to The Upper Hutt Connection. Another contributor here, Dr. Ramil Adhikari adds to the international cultural here, sending in articles connected with Nepal.

Was thinking about all the posts that Upper Hutt Libraries put up, and I was wondering, what books does everyone else like? Thought this could be a fun place to share those different books and series.

As for me, a past-time of mine is collecting books and I certainly don't mind re-reading the series I like. I'm currently reading The Two Towers for probably the 4th or 5th time.

Why not put up the books you like here? I'll get things started with quite the list.
