Well, damn. I guess there was a reason my Muukaloptical glasses were so cheap. Because they were cheaper plastic than Brand Names I've treated them very carefully. Both my main and backup pair of distance glasses have now simply cracked. I've only had them for three months. Looks like I will have to splash out $692 at OPSM per pair (I need 4 different pairs of glasses) v $67 at Muukaal 😭😭😭. Grrrr. Let's hope the four other pairs I have (sunglasses x 2, computer glasses, reading glasses) don't snap for a little while longer ... but the frames are the same so ... 😵‍💫

Last walk with Riley 😭 It's been a wonderful 3.5 weeks repeating a sit I did last year, but sadly, time to move on. Silver lining ... I'm heading back to Russell Island for round 3 of looking for a block of land to buy. I have 23 to look at, I've moved my budget from $50-60K to $75-100K, so hopefully I'll find something decent this time. The lower priced blocks all have issues. Blocks are around 600-800m². Cheapest block of vacant land at home that size? $450,000. No brainer moving to Queensland. And it's warmer!!! So, exciting tines ahead, but gosh darn, as always, I'll miss this place! ❤️ North Straddie!
