Are you on a water scheme for your water tanks?

We came across a tank this week in Upper Moutere on a water scheme that was the worst we had seen in a long time.
Would say it was over a foot of sludge at the bottom of the tank.
Imagine what they had been drinking and showering in all these YEARS.

The owners agree to us putting up these pictures as it is what it is with being on the scheme for all this time.
