I would honestly drop everything I have right now if I were to get a job today, because this is what managers don't realize.

If you're not going risk take, and hire inexperienced but qualified people to get experienced, then I predict in the next 5 years, you will struggle to find any experienced people at all, because it is already happening, having observed companies over the last 9 months.
