Jeff Kildare and Nicole Fensom have worked together in the music industry on a number of projects and got talking about how their respective skills joined together created a service that was much bigger than

the sum of its parts. Jeff is a stalwart of the Tauranga music scene, having been a professional musician for 20 years and having a special interest and flair in producing and supporting emerging artists. As well as playing he created the first class recording studio Media In Motion Studios, and supports friends events businesses with his stage technician skills. He is currently a sound technology lecturer at Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic. Nicole Fensom has a background in administration and legal compliance but also has extensive experience in managing large scale sporting events. A retired classically trained musician with a love of great technical skills she is the organiser and offers a wealth of knowledge and skills in relationship management and "getting stuff done".
