The Guinness World Record for the largest haka is now home in Aotearoa! 🤩🥳 🇳🇿

Last night, thousands of Kiwis took to the pitch at Eden Park to perform Aotearoa's most well-known haka Ka Mate.

With the current count sitting at 6,531 participants, the crowd was more than enough to take the record from France, who had 4,028 people perform a haka in 2014.

Kiwis came from near and far to support the event, including Taika Waititi, boxer David Tua and there was even an appearance from US TV host Conan O'Brien.
