After weeks of waiting, the corm from my mature Variegated Alocasia Frydek has unfurled. I did have more than 1 corm but I sold the rest even before the leaves unfurled. I am very happy with the variegation on this plant. 😊

I placed these corms in moss on the 4th of Feb. As you can see, most of them have already rooted. I didn't do anything special to these, some corms just grow quicker than others. You just have to be patient.

Growing Alocasia from Corm
Here is an update on how the Alocasia Jacklyn corms are growing plus the older Alocasia Cuprea corms that I planted a few months ago. As you can see, they grow at different rates. Remember, as long as they are healthy corms, they will grow, you just have to be patient.
