We watched and listened after the previous events, constantly making improvements for your enjoyment. We will be back with further improvements, it's your support that gives us the inspiration to make a better and better event for you to smile about ❤️

We understand that life is hectic and your time commitments can change, so we don't get in the way of people re-selling their tickets. However we've already noticed some suspicious accounts offering tickets like there are at any major event. 😬

Please do thorough research, ask questions of the person you're buying from and be safe! Ask that the seller temporarily add you as a friend so you can see how long their account has existed, what their profile is like and their friends. BUT WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Welcome back to another update on WINE & VIBES - Less than 2 weeks away, and we're excited! 💃🕺

It's natural to look out the window and wonder whether to buy a ticket when there's a possibility of rain. If that sounds like you, then here's some helpful info to make the situation as clear as the sky ☀️

We don't spend a single dollar of our valued W&V whanau's ticket money until after the event, we spend our own. If the event were to be rained out, we would notify everyone. Of course, nobody wants that and we plan for another beautiful Waiheke day! 🍾

We've had beautiful weather for both of our previous events, the Waiheke microclimate means it's often better on the island than in the city, and we will continue unless it's fairly bad. We want to protect you and even the venue from being affected 🤗

Our last event sold out and we're already on course for the same to happen for Volume III. What's important right now, is to make sure your spot is locked in so you're all set! 🎫🎟️

One unique thing about BATCH WINERY is that it's on one of the higher points on the island. This allows you and your crew to see a panoramic view of the Hauraki Gulf and back towards the city. 👁️

It also means you get treated to some truly special sunsets. We get top drawer DJ's there to play for you, but some people take a moment to sit on the hill and just watch the show as the sun sets on the motu. 🌇

Welcome to our early joiners, and thanks for your continuing support for our boutique island celebration, WINE & VIBES 🏝️

We've had an emormous response already, with many wondering when they can get their hands on tickets. We're just confirming final details, tickets will be available later this week. Thank you for your patience.

We will again offer a bus shuttle service to and from the ferry at Matiatia Bay, a convenient addon when you buy your ticket. Keep an eye out for that, or you can make your own way up the hill to BATCH WINERY in Onetangi.

It's time ladies and gentlemen! 💃🕺🏻

We're seeing lots of pictures of the ferry situation in Auckland, and the general crowds on the island right now. That will hold the bus service up, apologies as we try and get people moved up to BATCH WINERY. Paid bus shuttle ticket holders will receive priority, there's also a public bus that runs up to Carsons Road or shuttles are available to hire.

The weather is exceptionally beautiful here at the winery today, we will have water stations available. Don't forget to be sun smart - It's so nice you might get a temporary sun tattoo if you don't apply that sunblock 🥵

Most of all, remember that WINE & VIBES is about not just consuming, but participating. Bring the best version of yourself today, stress and the worries of every day are for another time! Have fun and smile for each other. Dance hard and tell someone how much they matter to you. ❤️

The day is just about upon us, and we're already well into all of the structural work at BATCH WINERY to present you this magical day 🧚‍♀️

Here it is, the lineup announcement for tomorrow's WINE & VIBES VOL. II - Easter Saturday at Batch Winery 🍷

Best to get to the ferry, and the winery, as early as you can! There will be extra wait times to get on the boat from Auckland so be prepared. We have food and drink options aplenty at the venue. Remember to bring appropriate clothing for the whole event, maybe a jacket for later. Dress code is smart casual, or festy wear, not too casual folks! It's less of a jandals and singlets type of event, if you catch our drift.

Buses for shuttle ticket addon buyers will be leaving after the 1pm, 2pm and 3pm ferries arrive at Matiatia Bay. Look for the person holding the WINE & VIBES sign as you disembark. Limited QR triggered bus shuttle tickets will be available if there's any room left, advance ticket holders get priority. Shuttle buses will leave Batch at 8:30pm and at the end of the event at 10pm.

THE WEATHER

Welcome back again W&V whanau! Now I'm sure we're all looking out the window, wondering what mother nature has in store for us. We've got weather pages on refresh at W&V HQ, checking and re-checking to see if the gods are going to give us the window we're looking for.

According to two reputable pages, there might be light showers in the morning to be replaced by clear skies later on. That's great news! If the day turns out to be completely rained out, we have a plan in place and your ticket money is safely locked away and hasn't been accessed. We will inform our valued W&V whanau in time to plan accordingly as soon as the answer (and the sky?) becomes clearer. 🌤

In the meantime, it's been non stop at BATCH WINERY preparing for the day, with structures going up as we speak. The winery also boasts plenty of indoor spaces to give you somewhere to shelter.
