बुधबार त्रिपाठिमाथि अदालत गेट बाहिर राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीका सभापति रवि लामिछानेका कार्यकर्ताले दुर्व्यवहार गरेका थिए।

जाहेरवालाको तर्फबाट बहस गरेर बाहिर निस्केका त्रिपाठीमाथि केही व्यक्तिले हातपातको प्रयास गरेका थिए।

काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालत परिसरमा वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता दिनेश त्रिपाठीमाथि हातपात गरेको आरोपमा एक व्यक्ति पक्राउ परेका छन्।

ASHIKA TAMANG ARRESTED!!

Ashika Tamang, who claims to be a social activist, has been arrested. She was arrested on Wednesday afternoon and kept at the Gaushala police station. She arrested Tamang after obtaining an arrest warrant from the District Administration Office in a case of indecent behavior. A few days ago, she even taunted a police officer on duty by telling him to "take off his uniform and walk around naked."

WAS THIS THE JUSTIFIABLE CONCLUSION WE EXPECTED ??

The previous fee for BALLB at TU was 367,610, which was increased to 523,650. This sudden fee hike led to various student unions raising their voices against it. As a result, TU FOL suspended admissions for the BALLB program. After 2-3 weeks of negotiations and meetings between TU FOL and the student unions, the fee for BALLB was fixed at 414,271, on the condition of a 5% annual fee increment.

The agreement also guaranteed that 10% of the total students would receive a full scholarship.

However, the question remains: if the fee was increased by 5%, it should have been 395,440. How did it become 414,271?

Furthermore, with a 5% annual increase, the fee will rise to 434,984 in the next year, then to 456,733, and so on, and increasing every year.

Now, just imagine the situation and result in few years.

Was this the justifiable conclusion we expected ?
