Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: kathmandu -
Solukhumbu, Dhunkata, Illam (Frequent Field Visits Required)
Salary: NPR 50,000 per month
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various project activities in the Solukhumbu, Dhunkata, and Illam regions. This role requires proficiency in Nepali typing, strong documentation skills, and the ability to undertake frequent field visits.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project objectives.
2. Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, identify challenges, and provide necessary support to project staff.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including reports, budgets, and other relevant documents.
4. Liaise with project stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and partner organizations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
5. Provide guidance and support to project staff, including training and capacity building initiatives.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with project guidelines, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., development studies, business administration. Bachelor of Engineering, environmental studies, etc.).
2. 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Nepali typing and strong documentation skills.
4. Ability to undertake frequent field visits to Solukhumbu, Dhunkata, and Illam regions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of local languages and cultures is an advantage.
