नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक ऐन २०५८ दफा ९५. यस ऐन बमोस्जम कसूर गरेको मासननेाः (१) कसैले यो ऐन वा यस ऐन अन्तगयत बनेको सनयम वा हवसनयम वा सो अन्तगयत जारी गररएको आदेश वा सनदेशन हवपरीत हुने गरी सनक्षेप सलएमा वा कजाय ददएमा वा सडबेन्चर वा अन्य हवत्तीय उपकरण जारी गरेमा वा बैङ्कले सनधायरण गरेको नीसत हवपरीत ब्याज सलनु वा ददनु गरेमा वा हवदेशी हवसनमयकारोबार गरेमा वा त्यर्स्ता काययमा संलग्न भएमा वा प्रचसलत कानून बमोस्जम बैङ्कबाट इजाजतपर सलनु पनेमा सो नसलई त्यर्स्तो कारोबारगरेमा वा पररच्छेद –९ क. बमोस्जमको फरफारखको प्रहक्रयामा बाधा पुर् याएमा यस ऐन बमोस्जम कसूर गरेको मासननेछ ।(२) उपदफा (१) मा लेस्खएदेस्ख बाहेक कसैले यो ऐन वा यसऐन अन्तगयत बनेको सनयम वा हवसनयम वा सो अन्तगयत जारी गररएको आदेश वा सनदेशन पालना नगरेमा समेत सनजले यस ऐन बमोस्जम कसूर गरेको मासननेछ ।९६. दण्ड सजायाः (१)
