As i have a sweet spot for ferries i also include some clips of them.
The large ferry is getting you from skarberget to Bognes . You can also take the fhe ferry from Kjøpsvik to Drag.
Skarberget is a ferry port in the municipality of Narvik (formerly in Tysfjord) in Nordland, Norway. It is located at the eastern side of Tysfjorden. Ferries operate from Skarberget across Tysfjorden to Bognes as part of the European route E6 highway.

The Fløibanen funicular in Bergen is one of Norway’s best-known and most visited attractions. The journey up to Fløyen (320 m above sea level) takes about 5–8 minutes. We had to go on this ride and we really enjoyed it.

We chose to drive the coastal route towards Bergen during our holiday.
This involves quite a few ferries but incredible scenery. There wasn't much filming, but we were able to take quite a few pictures and some film clips up to Bergen. We also got to try out our new car for this trip and we just love it. The route from Trondheim to Bergen contains many great sights that are often close to the road.

From time to time we do small travels around our beautiful contry. This time we went to visit my bonus daughter and her fiancé in Skien. We drow down to Dalen Hotel, which is a lovely seasonal hotel. Dalen Hotel is known as “the hotel from the fairytales”. It was opened in 1894 in a grand romantic style with dragon heads, towers and spiers, balconys and cornices. sadly it is closed at this time of the year but the Soria Moria sauna is open. Elna and I cycled from the center of Kirkenes to the dam which is located approximately in the middle of the Sandnes river.
From there, the trip went on foot up to Bekktjørna.
A wonderful nature experience for those who enjoy good walks.
Next summer we hope to go even further inland and camp for a day or two.

We visited a place called Rjukan where the heavy water sabotage found place during the world war II. I allways wanted to take the cable lift to the top since i was a kid. I had a hudge interest for cable lifts in my younger days.
About Krossobanen
First cable-car
Krossobanen is the first cable car to be built in Northern - Europe. Krossobanen whisks you up to the foot of Hardangervidda, Norway's largest national park.
It is Scandinavia's oldest and most original two-way cable-car that is still in regular traffic. You can find it in Rjukan - about 1 km west of the city center. On the lower station Krosso, there is a large free car park. From here passengers are being transported - in about 4.5 min. - up to 886 meters above sea level to the top station Gvepseborg.

From the viewing platform at the top of the station building, you will see the magnificent view of the entire , Rjukan and the areas of the heavy water sabotage, Gaustatoppen and Gausdalen. Approximately 100 m north is Gvepseborg Café which serves delicious food in beautiful surroundings. You can also attend natural activities in the area of the Hardangervidda - which is Europe's largest national park. The trip takes from the bottom station Krosso (403 m) to the top station Gvepseborg (886 m) about 4 ½ minutes.

It is a mountain range on the island of Alsten in Alstahaug Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The mountain range consists of seven peaks on the southeastern half of the island. We only went up next to Søvikskaret. We will try climbing the mountains during summer.
We also went for a hike called Fotefar mot nord from Tjøtta to see glacial potholes called Jettegryter in Norwegian.
