JOSJE VAN ERKEL JOINS AIM!

We are thrilled to welcome cinematographer Josje van Erkel NSC, to our roster!

She’s known for collaborating with directors to find a style that pulls the viewer into a fictional world with grace and no excessive frills. With her elegant and organic handheld style she builds a world that focusses on human intimacy and emotions.

The work she lensed in the past two decades showcases spans over narrative, commercial and documentary. This incredible diverse CV makes her one of the most experienced female cinematographers that The Netherlands has to offer.

Her latest feature Faithfully Yours, directed by André van Duren and starring Elise Schaap & Bracha van Doesburgh, will be released on Dec 22nd 2022.

(tijdelijke parttime functie ter ondersteuning i.v.m. zwangerschapsverlof tot mid/eind september)

AIM Creative Management is een agentschap exclusief voor cinematografen. Wij begeleiden onze cameramensen in het maken van creatieve keuzes, stroomlijnen de agenda’s, bieden ondersteuning bij administratieve zaken en verzorgen de onderhandelingen met commercial en fictie producenten.

TAKEN:
- Leidinggevende agenten ondersteunen bij inkomende en lopende projecten
- Shoots en de voorbereidingen hiervan inplannen in de agenda’s van de cinematografen
- Telefonisch contact onderhouden met producenten en cinematografen mbt binnengekomen aanvragen
- Overzichten van geplande shoots uitsturen
- Opdrachtbevestigingen maken
- Factuur informatie opvragen en facturen opstellen
- Het beheren van facilitaire en administratieve zaken voor leidinggevende agenten

EIGENSCHAPPEN:
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
- Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Je bent stressbestendig en laat je niet gek maken door snel wisselende situaties
- Je bent proactief en niet bang om werk op te pakken (in overleg met de leidinggevende agenten)
- Je beschikt over het vermogen om vertrouwelijke informatie met gepaste discretie te behandelen
- Ervaring in commercial en/of fictie productie
- Affiniteit met film cinematografie en de productie hiervan
Je bent beschikbaar vanaf mid/eind jan tot mid/eind september 2022

We are very excited to announce that cinematographer Dionne Cats has joined AIM!

Dionne her talent spans over all cinematography disciplines but mainly focusses on commercial and narrative work. Her style is embodies both dark exposure and light vibrant images. Her love for cinematic storytelling combined with the interest to create emotive imagery that would rather be a bit unusual than easy, makes Dionne one of the most interesting new school DOP’s that The Netherlands has on offer.

Recently featured on Nowness, Dionne shot the short film BEAST (directed by Gaite Jansen) and is currently working on several commercial projects
