I used the Prusa MK4S printers to make these cool Custom Medals for Venture Academy Graduates. They are printed in Sil Golden Glory and Silver Gleam in 0.2mm layers. They came out perfect and look amazing.

My colleague and CEO of our new startup just finished her pitch for Circulair Herwaarderen. 💪 We are going to make 3D printing resins made from clean materials instead of the chemicals used today. Also the production process will be clean in the near future. ♻️ She did a great job explaining our idea so fingers crossed for a good outcome. 🤞

Final inspection before the weekend starts. My Prusa MK4S, MK4 and MK3.9 printers are producing parts for a nice big wall art project for and they already look great in PETG Signal White. It's time for 33 Years so I am dressed and ready to go. 😉 Enjoy your weekend!

The project is going quite well. I actually managed to install the extruder by creating a very simple (and ugly) but effective carriage for the X-Axis. Time for the wiring and firmware hacks. After that it should be able to print "something". 😜

I just shipped out this huge model I designed for my buddy from . Multigroove is celebrating its 33th Birthday this weekend so I am super happy that I finished this present in time. For me this print has special meaning and I am sure that the Multigroove crew loves it as much as me. It is printed on the mighty Prusa XL by in PETG. Congrats Ilja, Catherine and the rest of the crew. ❤️

I spray painted the cover for my custom Prusa i3 MK3S project. This stunning Traffic Orange from .de is very close to Prusa Orange. I think it looks very good with some freshly painted layers.

Working on something special with a set of "old" Prusa MK3S components and a nice big Kywoo frame. Sadly the Kywoo board died on me so I decided to work with what I have and I think that this is a brilliant solution. So far I don't see too many issues.

For my buddies over at I am upgrading one of their Prusa i3 MK3S printers to the brand new MK4S by . This already is the 4th MK4 I assembled in the last few weeks and like the MK3S I am almost able to do it without the assembly manual. The Prusa printer assemblies get easier with every new iteration.

For the upcoming Halloween party at , the decoration team needed a nicely decorated cross. This beautiful Christian cross is printed in WOODJet on the Prusa XL by . I scaled it to the max and printed in 0.2mm layers. The quality of this wood filament is so good.

I'm currently doing some well needed repairs and service for . They use printers and I'm working on 3 Prusa i3 MK3S printers and one Prusa MINI. I also need to upgrade one of the MK3Ss to the new MK4S printers. These guys do such amazing things for the people of Delft so I love to help them make these run as new again. I hope to finish them tomorrow.

Today I received the spooler and cooling rig for my FilaFab filament extrusion setup. The extruder will arrive after the weekend so I have a lot of research to do next week. The spooler is built very well and I received the latest version because of some delays they had during production. I can't wait to start extruding.

This picture is worth more than anything to me. This was a couple of weeks ago during festival. I was invited by the Multigroove crew and they told me I could bring some friends. Obviously my wife joined the fun and these two guys on the left are kind of a story. The standing one is my mate , one of my best mates ever but we haven't seen each other for nearly 20 years so it was great to see him again. 30 years ago we actually visited the very first event here at Hemkade so I had to call him and ask him to join us. The guy that's sitting next to me is . A young dude and great friend. We like a lot of the same things and we actually call him the son I never had. 😜 This dude is making power moves and moved to Curaçao yesterday to start a new chapter in his career and I'm so proud of this guy. Ian I wish you huge success and much fun over there buddy. It was great to chill in the Multigroove Backstage with you guys just before your move. You know why mate. Arno I'll see you soon buddy. Ian I love you and know that you will rock it over there. When you are back I will ask Ilja if it's ok to repeat this awesome day to celebrate. 😉

Printed this beautiful Ariel model for my buddy Wouter. His girlfriend celebrated her birthday and I heard that she is a fan. So I used my Prusa MK4 and printed it in this stunning Filament PM Silk Golden Glory which is spot-on for this material. Great stuff.

I am nearly ready to ship out the 1 meter long Hemkade 48 model I made for Ilja Reiman of Multigroove. This legendary warehouse is printed in three big parts on the Prusa XL in 2.5 Kg Prusament PETG. I'm finishing up the paint job this week and am preparing a nice wooden laser engraved base. I know this building so well. It is so cool to create this from the actual building plans and print it after a couple of evenings in Fusion360.

My Prusa MK4 is doing an amazing job on this beautiful Velociraptor head. It is printing in 0.15mm layers and the detail is stunning. Printing in PETG Pastel. This one is going to look very good once finished. It can be mounted on the wall which is pretty cool too.
