Iets te drinken, pen en papier en mede-onderzoekers. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Open het pakket en verdiep je in de wereld van Circus Meester. Nicolaas Meester stort tijdens zijn openingstoespraak voor de ogen van het publiek ineen. Al snel wordt de conclusie getrokken: de directeur van Circus Meester, een man met ijzeren principes en veel vijanden, is zonder twijfel vermoord. Een onderzoek wordt op touw gezet. De verdachten worden ondervraagd, bewijzen worden vluchtig verzameld. Iemand wordt opgepakt en daarmee lijkt de zaak beëindigd. Maar hoe kan je de verklaringen van de verdachten vertrouwen? Wie heeft reden om te liegen? Heeft de politie daadwerkelijk de verkeerde opgepakt? Wat is er gebeurd in de dagen voor de moord? Leer de artiesten kennen. Ga te werk als een detective. Trek motieven en alibi’s na. Ontcijfer de geheime brieven, leg de juiste verbanden en ontdek wat er is voorgevallen in 1883. Wie zijn wij? Stamp at SPIEL, the biggest boardgame fair in all the world! It was really awesome to meet some of you who already played our game and make some new friends during the fair.
It was a lot of talking during the day and playing boardgames at the AirBnB in the evening.
We love that and joined in and the beautiful booth we put together.
Last year we were at Spiel as a visitor, this year we didn't get to see or play that much. I (Joël) did get to walk around a bit thanks to my friends helping out in the booth. It was great to see some other Escape and Crimi game companies with a bigger stand than last year.
Who knows where you'll see us next!

We were very surprised and honored to receive TWO AWARDS at the ESCAPETHEROOMers Bullseye Awards. We won Player's Choice Silver Place AND Best Illustrator Award!
We dedicate the Best Illustrator Award to all the illustrators and graphic designers of the 19th century who wouldn't have guessed their beautiful work would inspire a game 140 years later and help win this award.
And a really big thank you to everyone who voted for us for the Player's Choice!
This is a wonderful compliment and a nice finale for the era in which Studio Stamp consisted of the three creators of On Circus Grounds / Meester 1883. Because from March Marilou and August will no longer be a part of Studio Stamp. Running a company involves a lot of administrative work, spreadsheets, thinking about money and uncertain times. The creative process turns out to be only a small part of it. They want to focus on other projects and creative work.

🎪One week after our ended: what are we up to now?
📝Right now we are working our butts off to put the finishing touches on everything. That way we can send the files to the printer right on schedule.
🎨Ofcourse we're also working on making the designs for the personalised posters and finishing up the visuals for The Final Act.
🛒In the meantime we are filling in the pledge manager and making sure that everything is set up correctly. More on that later!

Our Kickstarter is continuing to be an amazing success as we're nearing our third stretch goal(!)
