When the Eyeforce founders started www.oceancollective.org, the aim was to use the power of filmmaking as a catalyst for change.

Since then, Ocean Collective has worked with the United Nations, Oceanic Global, Utramarine Ocean Summit, Greanpeace and our friends at Parley for the Oceans.

Now Ocean Collective is launching its most ambitious premium documentary series about ocean activism.

By selling a digital art collection made by Melodysheep, ‘The museum of extintion’ NFTs will fund environmental filmmaking and direct impact.

We are looking for an Account Director with an entrepreneurial spirit that will take our Eyeforce Cape Town office to the next level. Our CPT office has been running smoothly for four years with both local and international clients and it’s ready to expand.

We are looking for a South African resident with exceptional organisational, strategic and entrepreneurial skills. Someone who has a vision to lead the company, the people and the productions, and reach our goals. We're asking for at least seven years of experience in the film and advertising industry and a solid network to rely on.

You’ll become a part of the Management Team consisting of 5 other members based in Amsterdam & Cape Town. Together with them, you’ll be responsible for the overall business of our offices. We have ambitious goals to conquer the world with our Eyeforce DNA and to ultimately build a Global Eyeforce Network. That being said, as our new Account Director you should be as driven and enthusiastic to take on this noble adventure as we are!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Client service & relationship management;
-Direct and control the business operations;
-Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress;
-Giving strategic guidance and direction to ensure that the company achieves its financial target, mission and long term goals;
-Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit;
-Build and lead successful teams and create a positive working environment;
