The Quarter Life Crisis In July of 2022, I graduated from my master. This resulted in the overwhelming question of now what? My story is simple.

I am 26 years old and in July of 2022, I graduated from my master in Content & Media Strategy. This resulted in the extremely overwhelming question of... now what? On an average day my mood will shift between "f**k it I am moving to africa" to "no I want a corporate job so I can earn plenty of money" to "Italy is also nice at this time of year",

In order to help myself navigate what might be "t

he right choice" (if there even is such a thing) I decided to start this podcast. Ultimately, I believe by talking to some amazing people that I can get some answers on how I can live my happiest life. If you experience similar issues please follow for more and maybe -just maybe- I can help you too.

Finding your true north/purpose/direction whatever you want to call it. Is an exhausting process.

I’m my latest interview with Kees Kruijthof, the co-founder of LikeMeat he talks about the principle a lot. That’s why we outlined three questions you can ask yourself to figure this part out.

Curious what other advice Kees asks? Check out the blog now via our link in bio!

No matter how much you love creating or building your business, there will be a point when you consider quitting. That much is inevitable. I have often asked myself questions such as:

- is the right path for me?
- Am I wasting my time?

and then often my mind wanders to “Just quit”, because in that moment it seems like the obvious answer or at least the easiest solution.

This was a main topic of discussion in the previous two episodes after asked our guests “What was the moment when you almost quit and what made you keep going?” And here is what Tommie Niessen and Edwin Vlieg had to say about it.

The two guests had quite different approaches, and yet they found themselves in similar circumstances before when they had to consider such a decision.

What both want to remind you though is that when you find yourself in that spot try to take a step back and think twice before taking any rushed decision.

In this episode talks about how when she heard people talk about “consistency” her mind immediately started creating lists of tasks, such as:
- working out 5 days a week
- drink at least 2l of water every day
- waking up at 6 a.m
- etc.
Nowadays what some people post on social media about this “perfect” routines is not for everybody, and yet if we don’t follow them we end up feeling as if we did not accomplish anything.
Giving your 100% means that you listen to your body and your heart, if that day you don’t feel like working out it’s completely fine! Your body needs rest; take inspiration from others routines and force yourself to follow them.
Do what feels right to you and you only.

"Look back and see how far you have come instead of always asking whats next" -

A pattern that I am seeing develop is that on days that you feel great you should look to the future and on days that you feel bad, you should look at how far you have come!

This week I spoke to female power founder Floor van der Steen who supported this with great actionable advice. So if you are a bit tight on time but don't want to miss out on all the other great advice she gives...
