Discover new angles to your view of life Sometimes a red thread becomes visible in life. I realised some years ago that meeting people was a the constant and actually the most important element in my memories. All humans struggle with the same questions: what is the meaning of life, what determines how we live, what is the basis of fundamental choices in life, what are the constraints that keep us from doing what we really want. Encounters with other humans give me insight in their answers to these questons and make me more aware of social structures, the effect of personal choices and their influence on ones daily life. By being confronted with them I learn more about myself. I agree with the philosopher Levinas: I become I in the face of the Other. Human encounters form an essential element in the proces of becoming “complete”.Ons verhaal
