TREK - is a Dutch word which means the wish to eat. It is a food truck festival held annually at the city park of Maastricht. It was cut short this year due to bad weather conditions. I’m glad I was able to make it during the opening day.

Spa is a city in Belgium located in the Wallonia region. It is also the place where the SPA® still and sparkling water came from. To commemorate its 100 years, the company exhibits ten funny statues of Pierrot (pyè-ro) - the iconic logo of Spa water. And I was able to locate ten of them yesterday.

Over the years, cheerful 'Pierrot' has become a symbol for the city of Spa and its inhabitants. So you will not only find it on SPA® advertising, labels and packaging, but also in the city itself. And when you enter the city, the first thing that you’ll see is the eleventh statue of a smiling Pierrot welcoming you to the city.

The Golden Hour - in photography, the term, the golden hour refers to the period of time just after sunrise or just before sunset when the light is infused with red and gold tones.

Who among you here loves to take pictures of the sky? I’m sure you’ll agree with me when I say that there’s something fascinating about it. Mysterious yes, but there’s something more. It creates an endless fantasy in ones mind everytime we look at it especially when the sun begins to set and disappear underneath the horizon.

It seldom that you see rainbows in the morning. It’s my first time to see it in the morning, as far as I can remember. So I had to stop and took a quick snap to remind myself how rainbow symbolises a promise of hope - and told myself: don’t worry, all is gonna be okay!
