1. Bad Diet: Junk food fuels brain fog, poor concentration, and increases the risk of memory disorders like dementia. Without brain-friendly nutrients, cognitive decline accelerates.
2. Negative Self-Talk (ANTs): Constant negative thoughts reinforce poor memory and low self-esteem, trapping us in a cycle of self-sabotage. Positivity matters more than we think.
3. Lack of Exercise: Skipping physical activity decreases blood flow to the brain, leading to sluggishness, poor memory, and long-term mental decline.
4. Nutrient Deficiency: Failing to get essential nutrients like Omega-3s and B vitamins results in poor focus, mood swings, and worsens memory function over time.
