During the weekend, someone asked me, "What do you actually do as a data analyst"?
Here is my response!
I am a professional who gathers and interpret data.
Most importantly, I derive insight from the interpreted data.
The insight is used to solve a specific problem.
There is a lot to what I do as a data analyst.
For instance, imagine you run a small bakery and want to understand which pastries sell best on weekends versus weekdays.
I'd collect sales data.
Analyze it to identify patterns,
Then, provide insights like which pastries are popular on weekends.
This helps you adjust your inventory accordingly.
